Why Big Changes Cause Stress

The world has been through so many changes recently, and it has deeply effected each one of us. Stress levels and feelings of overwhelm are through the roof. We may know that we need to make some healthy changes right now because emotional eating, overuse of alcohol and/or chronic stress are negatively affecting our health.

Right now, especially, change may seem SO HARD!
