2. Coaching Services:
All coaching sessions are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, nutritional, financial, legal, or mental health advice.
Kate Wood is a certified personal trainer, integrative nutrition health coach, emotional intelligence coach, behavior change specialist, integrative somatic practitioner, and trauma-informed coach. However, she is not a licensed medical provider, therapist, or financial advisor.
Clients are responsible for implementing the guidance provided and for seeking appropriate professional support as needed.
3. Payments and Refunds:
Payment is due upon booking a session.
No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.
Cancellations and rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
If you attempt to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee.
4. Intellectual Property:
All content, materials, and resources provided by Kate Wood Co. are protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without explicit permission.
5. Limitation of Liability:
Kate Wood Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of coaching services, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, financial loss, or relational conflict.
